Ebel Quarries Inc.
Ebel Quarries Inc.
Since 1950, Ebel Quarries Inc. has been quarrying attractive, quality limestone for residential and commercial uses for clients across Canada and the United States. Founded by Charles Ebel, Ebel Quarries Inc. was started with one homemade track saw and a modified army truck with hydraulic arms. Charles and his five sons, Rowan, Grif, Herb, Doug, and Roger began quarrying and doing stone installation jobs.Since this time, Grif Ebel was instrumental in naming and bringing recognition to the term "Wiarton Stone". This recognized term has become the benchmark for high quality genuine stone. Now in its third generation, Ebel Quarries Inc. is still owned and operated as a family business, with the same dedication and quality it was founded upon.
