PeeWee Preds claw back...
The PeeWee Predators were on a high going into the game on Sunday, the coaching staff could feel the excitement in the dressing room. When we hit the ice we could see the puck was just not bouncing in our favor though.....
The kids fought hard and came back from a 3-1 deficit going into the third period with two good goals, but just came up short. Scoring in the first was Jacob Corston with a nice feed from Keith to send him in on a partial breakaway. Our next goal was a product of good cycling and hard work, assisting on Keiths first goal were Ryan N and Finn. The 3rd goal was scored by Keith unassisted. Our 3 stars of the game were Ryan B chosen by coach Alex, Emily E chosen by Coach S, and Finn V chosen by coach Paul. I would like to point out the play of the game would have to go to Jimmie for the toe save in the second that surely would have been a goal! Good game everyone and remember if you can't make it to practice, to let the coaching staff know. We can only get better by practicing the things we do right and fixing the things we do wrong..
