Predators Win B Side Championship
Yesterday the novice rep. Predators won the B side championship in a tournament in Listowel. They lost game 1 to a tough team from Dresden by a score of 4 to 2 in which the last goal was an empty net goal. Game 2 the Predators played the Minto Mad Dogs and beat them by a score of 5 to 2. The game went to overtime and the reps. scored 3 goals in 5 minutes. The final game was against the Wingham Ironmen in which the reps. won by a score of 3 to 1 to capture the championship. Way to go team everybody out there was an MVP and the coaching staff are very proud of each and everyone of you. We need to beat Wingham today to force a game 6 so lets get it done.
