Weekly Update Oct 25 - Nov 1,
Hello Team!
Great weekend on the road last week!! It was good to see were we are starting from and where we need to go. Lots of good things happened on the ice this past weekend.
Now on to this weekend. Saturday's practice (Oct 31, 2015) has been moved for this weekend only to 10am so not to interfere with the kids candy fest that night lol. Then Sunday we host our home opener against Lucknow C at 1:30pm in Lion's Head. For the games the girls have decided that they would like to warm up with some light jogging, please ensure your player brings running shoes to the rink so she can partake with the team. Just a reminder to be at the game 1 hour before the start of the game and that all girls are to be ready 15 minutes before. The coaching staff has the dressing room 15 minutes before the start of the game. As always if you can not make a game or practice please do not hesitate to contact me.
